Mr. Sachin Nagdive is the founder and CEO of BoxLNG. The man behind the vision of BoxLNG. Sachin founded BoxLNG in the year 2018. He holds +18 years of work experience across Oil and Gas, LNG, Power, and Renewable energy sector.

During his more than 18 years of work experience, Sachin has worked with a distinct portfolio of major companies in the public as well as the private sector including global Oil & Gas majors. Prior to founding BoxLNG, Sachin was heading the development of Karaikal LNG Terminal in India. Earlier he worked with H-Energy and ICF International in various roles, primarily into the domain of Natural Gas and LNG. He holds a master’s degree in Oil & Gas Management from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, and a bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering from University of Amaravati.

Sachin Nagdive

Mr. B M Bansal carries around 45 years of rich experience in Oil and Gas sector across in the fields of Business Development, R&D, Refining, Project Execution and Technical Services. At BoxLNG, Mr Bansal is guiding the company as President of Business Development.

A veteran of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Mr. Bansal is known as one of the early pioneers in Oil & Gas Sector. He joined Indian Oil Corporation Ltd in 1974 and rose to the top position of Chairman, IOCL. He also worked as Director (Business Development) for the company. In his role as Director, he worked for identification and implementation of new businesses and was one of the key persons putting Indian Oil on Petrochemicals and LNG/ Gas map of India.

Mr Bansal has a deep passion for nations' building and has been on the Boards of several energy companies in India. Mr. Bansal holds PG Diploma in Process Plant Engineering and Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.

Mr. Wason holds more than 35 years of relevant experience in the Indian downstream gas sector. Known for his marketing acumen, Mr Wason earlier worked with India’s Maharatna PSUs, BHEL and GAIL. Mr. Wason was the CEO of GAIL Gas Ltd, while held the position of Chairman at Kerala GAIL Gas Ltd. Mr. Wason has been on the Boards of multiple prestigious companies such as Mahanagar Gas Ltd (a Joint venture of GAIL and British Gas (now Shell), CUGL, and Vadodara Gas Ltd (a Joint venture of GAIL Gas and Vadodara Municipal Corporation).

Mr Wason has been behind many Joint Ventures in the Indian downstream gas sectors in the states of Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J&K and Rajasthan. At BoxLNG, he is primarily responsible for realizing the company’s mission towards providing low-carbon fuels to the customers for a sustainable economy.

Mr. Wason holds a master’s degree in personal management and industrial relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a degree in Physics from Delhi University.

Mr. Zamre is leading the Commercial Department at BoxLNG. With over 30 years of strong experience, he holds a proven track record of outstanding performance across distinct businesses and has been a pillar of consulting in Indian energy sector.

Mr. Zamre is also the co-founder and Chief Business Office of Possible Works. In his previous role, he also served as the Managing Director in ICF International, where he was heading ICF's operations in India. Prior to joining ICF, he was leading CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory, focusing on energy and infrastructure sectors, advising clients on various issues pertaining to project development, strategy, investment, policy, procurement etc.

Mr. Zamre has worked on diverse markets across the globe and was based out of UK for a few years with one of CRISIL's subsidiaries - Gas Strategies. His work spans across the entire energy chain involving upstream oil & gas, coal mining, power generation, renewable energy, power utilities. energy efficiency, gas supply infrastructure, markets etc. Prior to CRISIl, Mr. Zamre was associate with Reliance Industries for 10 years from 1990 to 2000.

Mr. Zamre holds a master’s degree in finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Mumbai.

Mr. Sethi has over four decades of experience in Oil and Gas sector covering entire spectrum of the sector that include IBP, formerly known as Indo-Burma Petroleum, then Indian Oil Corporation, OCC, PPAC, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, Government of India and downstream, Mr. Sethi currently serves as the Director of Corporate Relations in BoxLNG. He oversees legal, ethical, and corporate affairs.

With expertise in strategic internal & external communication, Mr. Sethi has held various positions with the Government of India, and associated organization. He was an Appointed Consultant (Level-V) at Petroleum & Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB), where he was working in Monitoring Division setting up Data Bank & Management Information System. Mr. Sethi has also served as the Additional Director (Demand & Economic Studies) at Petroleum Planning & Analysis Cell. He was designated as the Public Information Officer (PIO) of PPAC under Right to Information Act, 2005. In one of his previous roles, he also served as the Assistant Director (Distribution) - Oil Coordination Committee (OCC) at Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (May 1984 to August 1988).

Mr. Sethi holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Commerce. He has also completed his bachelor’s degree in Laws from Delhi University.

Vijay Sethi

Dr Khare worked as Advisor to Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India for more than 30 years and actively associated with development of policies and programmes for promoting biomass and bioenergy-based energy solutions including production of gaseous fuel from organic waste.

Dr Khare was actively associated in promotion, development and deployment of biomass / bio-energy / Waste to Energy, especially BioCNG / Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) based energy projects in the country. He worked extensively in resource mapping of Agro and Forestry biomass residues / waste and associated in development of biomass resource atlas. He also promoted sustainable business model for biomass supply chain including its collection, compaction, transport and storage besides helping in establishing biomass depot / banks.

Dr Khare was actively associated in establishing / developing BioCNG/ CBG projects of various organic waste stream including Agro residue & Industrial effluents / waste, biomass, fruit and vegetable market waste streams.

Dr Khare is forest ecologist by education and did doctorate and post doctorate from University of Delhi. He has published many scientific research papers besides author of many reports and other publications.

Dr Dilip Kumar Khare

Mr. Kunal Sharma is a senior Investment specialist. He holds +18 years of work experience during which he has worked on infrastructure projects across South Asia (including India), Africa, central & eastern European countries and South America. He is based out of London.

During his more than 18 years of career, Kunal has worked on CO2 emission reduction projects from both project side as well as for carbon credit buyers, such as major European utilities, some of the largest oil & gas companies and leading investment banks & carbon credit platforms. Kunal has also worked in private equity & venture capital firms and also in investment banking firms. Until recently Kunal was heading the finance and operations functions of a UK-based family office, as their group COO & CFO. He holds a master’s degree in finance from London Business School, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.

Mr. Singh holds 18 years of experience in energy sector and is currently working as Director in the Business Development department at BoxLNG. He is known for his communication and negotiation skills. Prior to joining BoxLNG, Mr. Singh was working as the corporate communications consultant in Reliance Industries Limited. Earlier, he served as a Manager (Business Development) with Reliance Power from Feb 2012 to October 2014. Before this, he was the Corporate Communications Manager at Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. He also had a short stint with a renowned thinktank, Integrated research and Action for Development (IRADe).

Mr. Singh holds a master’s degree in Oil & Gas Management from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, and also a bachelor degree in Physics from Lucknow University.

Ms Heena has around 7 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance. She is responsible for handling accounting and finance operations at BoxLNG. Previously, she served as Accounts officer in RSND Retail LLP. She also served as Taxation Manager at Vishnoi Manoj & Associate. Prior to this, she served as Paid Assistant (accounts) at J Bhawan & Associates.

Ms. Heena is a CA Finalist and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College, Delhi University.

Mr. Karthick Narayanan brings 12 years of experience in the petrochemical and chemical production sector to BoxLNG. He has joined us as the Senior Manager of Operations and Maintenance (Biogas). Previously, he worked at Kothari Petrochemicals Limited (LPG Plant) where he held a position of responsibility in a large-scale production unit. Additionally, he has one year of experience in the operation and maintenance of a leather chemical manufacturing unit. Mr. Karthick Narayanan holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from Dr. MGR University in Maduravoyal, Chennai, and a diploma in chemical engineering from the Institute of Chemical Technology in Tharamani, Chennai.

Mr. Ashutosh brings 7 years of EPC experience in the Oil & Gas Sector to BoxLNG. He joins us from Aecom India Pvt Ltd (PMC for Jio BP) where he was responsible for Project Coordination. Prior to his stint with Aecom, he served as a Project Field Engineer in Nayara Energy Ltd where he was responsible for the Retail outlet's Planning & construction in Designated Territory.

Mr. Ashutosh holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology (Civil Engineering) from Jagannath University, Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Mr. Gajendra brings 6 years of experience in biogas gas processing to BoxLNG. He joins us from Brajdham Power Private Limited, India where he was responsible for approx. 5 years in operation and maintenance of biogas purification system based on Anaerobic digestion of municipal sewage treatment plant, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Prior to this, he served as a Project Engineer in Balaji Manufacturing Industry.

Mr. Shakti Vikas brings over 6 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance in the Oil & Gas sector to BoxLNG. He joins us from Makeen Energy India Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Kosan Crisplant India Pvt Ltd), where he was responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of LPG bottling. Mr. Shakti Vikas holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Hewett Polytechnic Mahanagar Lucknow.
